The board of the Savannah Bicycle Campaign elected three new members in March.
Brook Serano has over 10 years of experience in advising, counseling and teaching as a senior international student adviser and career adviser at SCAD. She holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of South Carolina and a M.S./Ed.S. in Counseling and Human Systems/Career Counseling from Florida State University.
