Bike Walk Savannah works with local communities and organizations to improve our streets. We are a resource to decision makers and leaders, rally those that can support, and lead efforts to support better, safer streets.
Our staff and board participates in many committees, boards and neighborhood associations that advise local decision makers, and have spent years cultivating relationships with elected officials across the region. Additionally, our partnership with organizations like Safe Routes to School Georgia, Healthy Savannah, Tide To Town, Blessings in a Bookbag, Inspiritus, LIFE Inc., and Loop It Up Savannah, ensure that we are bringing voices and issues from across Savannah to the forefront.
Bike Walk Savannah also participates with neighborhoods on a variety of bike and walk audits to identify areas of improvement. From faded paint and curb cuts to bike lanes and sidewalks, our eagle-eyed staff and volunteers are ready to help.
