Report Hazards & Issues

Maintaining our streets, trails, bridges and sidewalks makes them safer for everyone — and if you’re on a bike, riding a skateboard or scooter, using a mobility assistive device, or on foot, you especially appreciate the things that make your journey smoother.

REPORT A CLOSE CALL OR CRASH

Data collected from the Close Call form can help us and agency partners assess potential conflict points and the frequency of near misses (or unreported crashes) involving bicyclists, pedestrians and motor vehicle drivers. Bicycle and pedestrian related crashes are under reported and this offers another way to address persistent issues.

If you have encountered a dangerous road hazard call 311 or use the other resources on this page. In an emergency, please call 911.
