Avoid the traffic, ride your bike to Whole Foods Market
The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department is preparing for the Aug. 13 opening of the new Whole Foods Market on Victory Drive, “and will be on the lookout for traffic problems during the store’s opening, scheduled for 8:30 a.m.,” according the a Savannah Morning News story, “Police Concerned Savannah Whole Foods Opening Could Cause Traffic Woes.”
Fortunately there’s an easy way to avoid the traffic: Ride your bike!
Accessing Whole Foods Market from the south side of the store should allow people on bikes to avoid potential traffic congestion on Victory Drive. Here are some suggested routes:
From neighborhoods south of the store
From neighborhoods north of the store
From neighborhoods west of the store
From neighborhoods east of the store
Bike parking is available on the east side of the store.
