A media organization or journalist dedicated to covering issues of importance to cyclists? A school or university that encourages students and teachers to ride bikes to class? An individual from a government agency or nonprofit organization who’s working to on behalf of cyclists?
Make sure these bicycle heroes get the credit they deserve by nominating them for the Savannah Bicycle Campaign’s Pedal Medal Award. Nominations were taken in December 2012, and selections have been made, which will be announced on Jan. 17.
