Join us in bringing pedal power to the 2nd Annual Savannah Food Day Festival. Aimed at promoting healthy, sustainable, affordable, and just food systems in America, Food Day is a national grassroots mobilization to raise awareness about food issues and advocate for change, an Earth Day for food! We’ll start the fun off with a casual bike ride and are offering free bike valet throughout the day.
WHAT: A bike ride through Parkside and Ardsley Park, with free bike parking the valet for the Food Day Festival.
WHEN: RIDE 11am | Valet 11am-6pm Sun. Oct. 28
WHERE: Daffin Park in Savannah
WHY: Great music (KidSyc@Brandywine, Train Wrecks, the Accomplices and many more), great healthy and sustainable food and great informational sessions for the festival – click here for more details on the festival.
While you’re there, relax and take in the sights and sounds, and stop by for a tasty treat spun in SBC’s CycloConcoctions fender blender!
