Biking every day has many health benefits — including increasing muscle strength, mobility, and decreasing stress — but also helps our environment. Many of our motor vehicle trips are under 2 miles, and can easily be replaced by a short bike ride. Sign our pledge at to commit to making at least one trip each day by bike.
