DESCRIPTION:May is National Bike Month\, a celebration of biking as transportation\, as recreation\, as essential to our well-being and everyday lives. May is also when the National Bike Challenge kicks off\, and the challenge continues through September. In 2021\, Bike to Work Week is May 17-23\, with Bike to Work Day on Friday\, May 21\, 2021. \n40% of all trips in the U.S. are less than two miles\, making bicycling a feasible and fun way to get to get around. Make a pledge to bike to work today! \nTo celebrate the occasion in Savannah we are organizing a free bicycle commuting breakfast. We’ll be offering healthy snacks and coffee from The Sentient Bean to bicycle commuters at the corner of Lincoln and Henry streets from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Please stop by on your way to work to fuel your commute!
